Forney 10 lb. 1/8″ 6011 Welding Rod is an all-purpose rod that can be used on mild steel. It has a tensile strength of 88,000 psi and is suitable for use on galvanized tanks, pressure pipe, and steel casting. E6011 is an all-position rod with strong arc force for deep penetration. Fast metal solidification facilitates welding in vertical and overhead positions. Light slag allows for easy cleanup. It is excellent for rusty steel because of the strong arc force. Useful for galvanized tanks, steel casting, and pressure pipe. AC, DCEP, DCEN recommended polarity. 88000 psi tensile strength. 25 to 75 A on sku #s (890.9665, 890.9673, 890.9681), 35 to 125 A on sku #s (890.9707, 890.9715, 890.9723), 50 – 160 A.
