Modular Jack Cover

Description

This surface mount phone jack connects station wire to a phone jack allowing use of a standard phone connector. In addition it mounts to a standard electrical outlet box or flush drywall. It is for use with 1 or 2 phone, fax, or model lines. Works with modular phone plugs.
